During normal business hours, the customer service FullData inc. allows you to receive an answer in less than 4 hours following your request. Outside normal business hours, answers to support requests are carried out within the same day.

This support service is free for the users of FastRequest. 

You can send us your support requests at any time at by using our form on line  by making sure to indicate which version you are using and your FastRequest licence number.

Note that the support requests of users who have already bought FastRequest licenses will have a higher treatment priority.
