Version 6.05 of FastRequest contains numerous improvements and additional features.

- The WBI interface (Web Browser Interface). With this new feature your clients can now perform their service requests and consult the status of their requests at all times on the Web. 

- Improved FastRequest email (now you can include your logo).

- Many other improvements have also been made, especially a brand new module for bill conciliation. 

Version 6.01

• Automatically notify the manager by e-mail when a new request is arrived.

• Automatic notification by e-mail to the service employee when a request has been assigned to him.

Version 6.02

• The online forms now accept images in the animated GIF format for your banners.

• The FastRequest administrator can now send by e-mail the configuration file for the connection to the FastRequest Server. This file configures automatically the connection from the workstation to the FastRequest Server.

Version 6.05

• The installation of FastRequest Server and FastRequest client is simplified to the maximum.

Version 3.0  (febrery 21, 2003).  Minor and free update for users of versions 2A0.BD1 to   2A1.DB1.

This update allows the use of telephone formats and of European paper. It also contains many improvements and added features.

Note : To change the telephone format, click on Options, then on Change Language, and finally choose your language and your country.

Version 3.0.1 (october 15, 2002).  Minor and free update for users of versions 2A1.BD0.

This update increases the speed of the sorting of reports.

Version 2A0 BD1 (october 15, 2002).  Major and not free update for users of versions 1A1.BD1.

Version 2A1.BD1 is a multi-service one.  With this major update you will be able to create an unlimited number of services and you will be able to access the management of the worked hours of your employees and your clients.

To update from version "1A0.BD1" to version "2A1.BD1" you must obtain a new validation key. This new validation key can be obtained when you buy the update from version "1A0.BD1" to version "2A0.BD1".
