Rights management

Clients

Directors

1)   The client can : 

  1. Make his service requests.

  2. Consult the status of his service requests.

  3. Modify his client card.

4) The service director owns all the rights of the service employee, as well as the following rights :

  1. Selecting his employees and receptionists among the users of the FastRequest system.

  2. Assigning the service requests to his service employees or to the suppliers of external services.

  3. See and delete all e-mails of the service.

  4. Accessing numerous reports and statistics that concern his service.

 

Receptionists

2)  The authorization receptionist can :

  1. Make service requests for a client

  2. Consult the status of all the service requests of his service.

  3. Modify, add and erase the client cards.

  4. Modify, add and erase the client companies.

  5. Modify, add and erase client localizations.

  6. Modify, add and erase client departments.

  7. See and delete all e-mails of the service.

 

Employees

Administrators

3)  The service employee can :

  1. Execute service requests for a client.

  2. Consult the status of his assigned service requests

  3. Type in the actions he carried in order to deal with his service requests. (optional)

  4. Type in the time he took to execute his service requests. (optional)

  5. Show the date and time corresponding to the end of the execution of his service requests. (The time is optional)

  6. Modify, add or erase the client cards.

  7. Modify, add or erase the client companies.

  8. Modify, add or erase the client localizations.

  9. Modify, add or erase client departments.

  10. See and delete its own e-mails

  11. Accelerate numerous reports and statistics.

6) The system administrator has all the director’s rights, as well as the following :

  1. Creating services (computer science, furniture management, electricity, accountancy, etc.

  2. Rights management  (appointing directors, employees and receptionists of services).

  3. Database maintenance (Compression and repair in case of system failure).

  4. See and delete all e-mails of the FastRequest system.
